Delightful room, complete with dryer, the fridge, as example. Setting just off central shopping area, also central Palma and the beautiful old town. Superb service overall.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to the beach and city center. The terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had great facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine. The air conditioning provided a bit of warmth at night. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had easy access. Maud, our contact person, was unbelievably helpful and available nearly 24/7 via WhatsApp. Highly recommend for a jaw-dropping vacation.

The venue was close where I needed to be, superb service, room was delightful. Location was perfect and best possible, at a moderate distance from Plaza Espana. In fact, it was located near the city center.

I recently stayed at Urban Suites Palma and had a wonderful time. The apartment was bright, airy, and open plan, just as I had seen in the pictures. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, bakeries, and convenience stores within walking distance. Despite the narrow stairways, we managed to get everything up to our second-floor apartment, even with a pushchair and shopping in tow. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a few extra amenities would have been helpful. We did experience some noise from the upper apartments, but it wasn't a major bother. I had a great experience at Urban Suites Palma.

Overall - a beautiful apartment with location near to old town. Particularly good location, delightful rooms exactly as in pictures.

I had a great experience staying at Urban Suites. the property was in a great location, and the information provided to access the property was very helpful. I arrived earlier than check, in time, but the staff was extremely helpful in suggesting options to store our luggage. the apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures , spacious, clean, and well, equipped. the staff was easily accessible through the phone and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend Urban Suites for a comfortable and hassle, free stay in Majorca.
